Reading the label

A display showing OF OF

Some owners see a doubled display after moving or cleaning. OF OF means Cooling Off mode (Demo or Shop mode); it is not a fault and no service is needed. It simply means cooling has been turned off on the panel. Check the panel settings before booking.

1. Confirm the water line is connected and the valve is open.
2. Level the cabinet and check that both doors close by themselves.
3. Check the display for a mode setting.
