Book a repair, call, or send a message about your Samsung appliance. We’ll confirm the next available appointment window before service.
Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
A good request lets us understand your problem before anyone drives to your address. The form on this site takes a few minutes, and the details below make the first reply more useful.
What to send with a request
- The appliance and its type. For example a French-door refrigerator, a front-load washer, a gas dryer or a slide-in range.
- The model number. It is usually on a label in the door frame, inside a wall of the cabinet, on the edge of a drawer front or inside the dryer door. The how to find a Samsung model number guide shows the common spots.
- Any code on the display. Write it exactly as shown and mention whether it returns after the appliance is switched off and on once. The Samsung error codes section explains what the codes mean.
- What you noticed. Describe the symptom, when it began and whether it happens every time.
- What you already tried. A breaker reset, a cleaned filter or a checked water valve is useful to know.
- Photos. A picture of the label and one of the display or the affected area is plenty.
Access and building details
In San Francisco and other dense neighborhoods, access often decides how long a visit takes. Tell us about stairs, elevators, shared garages, street parking limits and any building rules about service hours. Landlords and property managers should add the unit number, a contact who can open the door, and whether the tenant will be present.
Hours
We take requests and schedule visits Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A request sent outside those hours is read when the day starts. Sunday is closed.
Service area
We travel across San Francisco and the Bay Area, including San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa and Napa counties. The service locations page lists every area. If your address sits near an edge of the map, mention it and the reply will confirm.
What happens next
After your request arrives, we read the details and reply with questions or a proposed visit window. At the visit comes a diagnosis, then a written estimate, and the repair goes ahead only after you approve it. Questions about the process are answered in the frequently asked questions.
If you smell gas, leave the home first and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If you notice a burning smell or sparks, switch the appliance off at the breaker. Then send your request.

Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
