Error codeC-F0
ApplianceRange
Samsung defines C-F0 as a communication error between electronic components. In practice the main PCB and the sub PCB of the range have stopped talking to each other.
Steps for any model
Turn the oven off and bring it back on.
With C-F0 still displayed, disconnect power for 30 seconds or more.
Restore power.
Induction models NSI6D*9100, NSI6D*9300 and NSI6D*9500
Here a software update is the fix. Begin by resetting power; the code goes away for a while. Next, connect the range to SmartThings.
A range never connected before: open the settings menu, hold the Light for longer than 3 seconds, then choose Restart.
After that restart, an update is offered within 30 minutes.
The display shows Upgrading, with up to 30 minutes allowed, and then Completed. The range reboots itself.
In the SmartThings app the firmware version should read DE92-04769A_24052400 or later.
If the update cannot be run, or the error remains once it has finished, request service.
Two nearby codes
C-F1 occurs only while the EEPROM is read or written. C-F2 is trouble between the Touch IC and the main or sub micom.

Model compatibility: Samsung reuses codes across series and model years, so C-F0 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
Plain language
What this code means
C-F0 is a communication error: no communication between the main PCB and the sub PCB.
Important safety warning. Do not attempt repairs involving electrical components, gas, water lines, refrigerant or sealed systems. Unplug the appliance if it is safe to reach the outlet, and leave internal diagnostics to a qualified technician.
