ApplianceRange
A Samsung range displaying door is saying the oven door is not closed. Seeing it when the door really is shut calls for the checks below.
Door plunger switch
Look for a small black plastic cap, round in shape, whose pin pokes out whenever the door stands open.
Push it in with one finger. Free movement is what you want.
If the pin stays put with the door open, or the cap is stiff and will not budge, put in a service request.
Door closing
Make sure the door swings fully shut; Samsung has a door troubleshooting guide for doors that refuse to close. If the code stays on with the door closed, request service.

C-d1 is a different fault, the door lock malfunction.
dE or dC concerns the divider and also names a switch at the back of the oven.
Model compatibility: Samsung reuses codes across series and model years, so door may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
