C-24 appears when the temperature sensor notices the oven warming faster than it should. Samsung usually traces that to a vent at the rear of the cooktop that is covered, wholly or partly.

Clearing it

1. Lift off whatever sits on the vent, a pan for instance.
2. Cooking can continue while you swing the door open and shut a few times, about 3 seconds per swing, letting warm air out through the vent.
3. Alternatively, switch the oven off with the door left ajar for one minute so it cools.
