Reading the Ct result

Ct does not point to a broken part. It is an outcome of the Vent Blockage test, and it tells you the test ran while the dryer sat outside its allowed temperature window: colder than freezing, or warmer than 104°F.

How to recover

1. Let the dryer settle at normal room temperature for a full hour.
2. Run the Vent Blockage test one more time.
3. If Ct comes up again, ask for service.
