A Bespoke gas dryer

The DV90F53AGSA3 is listed as a current Bespoke dryer with a 7.6 cu ft drum and a gas fuel supply. A gas dryer still needs a normal household outlet for the drum motor and controls, but its heat comes from a burner lit by an igniter and managed by a valve.

Gas safety first

If the burner lights but the flame behaves oddly, or anything smells scorched, switch the dryer off at the breaker and leave it.

Gas dryers can show their trouble in small ways: a click that repeats without heat, a cycle that ends early, or clothes that smell smoky. Describe exactly what you saw and heard rather than adjusting anything. The technician will watch the burner start, check how the flame holds and follow the exhaust path to the outside.
